Loveland Tigers – DII Ohio Football Champions!

What a season for creating school records! Now, the Loveland Tigers can add a Division II State Championship to the list of new records made during the 2013 football season.  The Tigers (15-0) played against Cleveland Glenville Tarblooders (13-2) during a snowstorm at Fawcett Stadium in Canton on Friday, Dec. 6th.    The undefeated Tigers seized the title with a 41-23 victory over the Tarblooders. In this Championship game alone, the Tigers set at least 3 new records.  These records were:

  1. 1st Undefeated Season at 15-0
  2. 1st Ohio  D II State Championship Title in school history
  3. Division II State record in most points scored in a quarter- 27 points

The Loveland Tigers played with Determination, Drive, Dominance and Defense.  Congratulations to the Loveland Tigers for a remarkable and historical season!
